ROCKINGHAM CASTLE EVENT....MAY 2008  

As the New Year opens up the prospects for Living History and re-enactment are looking distinctly good...especially if the event orchestrated by Duke Henry at Rockingham Castle  fulfils its promise....an event that last time was superb even having two beer tents to wander between as the light faded.  Magic.  To give some idea of what is to happen in May here is something to whet the appetite.  So look forward to  plenty of action, battles from all eras, living history encampment, beer tents and much more.  I will post the real poster as soon as this becomes available.  

MULTI PERIOD CALENDAR 2008

Meanwhile on the home front an experiment is being carried out in the guise of a multi period calender. Produced as a result of a lot of events ranging from Tintagel in the far west to  Sheffield up north (at least north from here in the mysterious east (midlands that is)...where the greatest mystery is why anyone stays here at all.  Anyway follow this link to the Calendar page where I hope you will find you like....At a bargain price of £12 plus £2 postage A4 on 160g card/paper it is a finely crafted collection that could prove collectable...well got to hope anyway.  For more information email via dark.sky@ntlworld.com
